(Interamerican Institute for Democracy) Dictators Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro’s plan to penetrate European democracies by means of sponsoring and financing groups to ascend to the government has worked in Spain. PODEMOS is part of Pedro Sanchez’s government and Pablo Iglesias is his Vice President and main partner. The Spanish Workers Socialist Party (PSOE in Spanish) and UNIDAS PODEMOS are authors and responsible of changes and disruptions in the Spaniard foreign policy that reflects Spain’s Castro Chavist government, with proof of an antidemocratic role in the Americas.
Castrochavism is the acronym for dictators Fidel Castro from Cuba and Hugo Chavez from Venezuela who, starting in 1999, promoted, organized and expanded a Transnational Organized Crime’s system, recreating the agonizing Cuban dictatorship that was languishing in its “special period” from which it was saved by Venezuelan oil and wealth that Chavez gave them. These are dictatorships and authoritarian regimes who violate human rights, do not have the fundamental components of democracy, are narco-states that have humanitarian crises, corruption, impunity, political prisoners and exiles. These are some of the salient features of this system.
I conceptualize “Castrochavism” as the term that describes “the Transnational Organized Crime’s system that usurps political power in Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, (Ecuador with Correa and Bolivia with Morales) which must be treated as an organized crime’s operating structure and not as a political process”. The seriousness, recurrence, re-incidence, and impunity of crime committed by Castro-Díaz Canel, Maduro, Ortega-Murillo and members of their regimes, added to the transnational network structure they have developed, have reduced oppressed nations into a state of defenselessness and represents the most serious threat to peace and security of the Americas.
Proof and noteworthy facts -amongst others- reveal that the PODEMOS party is a Castrochavist undertaking:
1. On 17 June of 2014 Spain’s newspaper El Pais reported that “the foundation Social and Political Studies Center, in whose Board of Directors the three principal leaders of PODEMOS (Pablo Iglesias, Íñigo Errejon and Luis Alegre) had been, has received -since 2002- at least 3.7 million Euros from Hugo Chavez’s government as shown in deposit accounts of the Ministry of Culture’s registry of foundations”.
2. The signed statement of Rafael Isea former Hugo Chavez’s Minister of Finance pointing “directly and in writing to Juan Carlos Monedero and Pablo Iglesias, founders of PODEMOS, as the recipients of 7.1 Million Euros to create a party sympathetic to Chavism in Spain” as reported by the Spaniard news media on 10 April of 2019.
3. Pablo Iglesias lost the legal suit he filed against Eduardo Inda and the court ruled as truthful the information of OKDiario on a payment of $272,000 Dollars from Nicolas Maduro to the Secretary General of PODEMOS. . .” through a wire transfer to an offshore account in the fiscal paradise island of Grenadines. There are on-going investigations over payments and deliveries of money to Iglesias and others from Ecuador with Correa and Bolivia with Morales.
Ever since PODEMOS influences -and is part of- the PSOE’s government with Pedro Sanchez, Spain’s foreign policy is aligned with Castrochavist dictatorships:
1. This recently past 27th of December, Bolivia’s interim government accused Spaniard diplomats of “aiding and abetting the flight of Evo Morales’ government officials from Mexico’s embassy in La Paz”. Bolivia expelled Spaniards and Spain expelled Bolivian diplomats, but after offering up “an investigation” into the facts, Spain’s government continues to keep this incident without any explanation.
2. The meeting of Delcy Rodriguez -second of Venezuela’s dictator Maduro- with Spain’s Minister of Transportation, at the Barajas Airport, is a scandal defended -but yet to be resolved- by Pedro Sanchez, that adversely affects Spain for violating European Union’s decisions regarding freedom and democracy in the Americas.
3. The attitude of Spain’s government regarding the visit of Venezuela’s Interim President Juan Guaido, who was not received by Pedro Sanchez after all, is a pitiful proof of Spain’s Castrochavism.
4. Infobae has reported the United States has pointed to Spain’s government as “being Europe’s greatest obstacle towards Venezuela”, due to its dithering and sluggishness at a time to work for a democratic change and because its willingness to receive “families of high echelon members of the regime to live there comfortably and worriless”.
