(Interamerican Institute for Democracy) Colombia is defending itself from attacks perpetrated by CastroChavism using the FARC guerrillas and Venezuela’s dictatorship. Its president Ivan Duque is doing so at the United Nations with proof that demonstrates the narco-terrorist nature of dictator Nicolas Maduro’s regime. In doing so, however, he limits himself to solely single-out the operators, without identifying the head, the puppet handler, Cuba. President Duque and Colombia make -up to here- the strategic error of not identifying the real enemy that Cuba is, the dictatorship that is in place in Venezuela that protects the FARC guerrillas and other criminal groups, attacking Colombia and the region since many years’ past.
I repeat, the FARC’s announcement to return to the armed fight is only the most recent of CastroChavism conspiratory acts -hatched from Havana- against Americas’ democracies in order to sustain its dictatorships in Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Nicaragua, attempting to destabilize Colombia, to weaken the regional actions against Nicolas Maduro, provide support to narcotics’ trafficking, create conditions for the electoral victory of the Castro Chavist candidate in Colombia, and to reappraise Cuba’s fake role of mediator.
If there is anything accomplished by the sudden appearance on the scene of the so-called FARC’s dissidents announcing their return to the armed confrontation followed by Maduro’s show of deploying his army to the border with Colombia, it has been to present Venezuela’s dictator as the effective holder of power and to place him in a confrontation with Colombia’s President, with the evident advantage for Maduro. The Castro Chavism system has again moved the “confrontation axis” to its turf, taking -repeatedly- the initiative, placing Colombia and the InterAmerican system in a defensive mode.
There is political, academic, and investigative agreement that Cuba occupies Venezuela and that the Cuban dictatorship is the owner and sustainer of Maduro’s dictatorship. The president of the United States has already identified Cuba as the culprit of Venezuela’s crisis, pointing out the presence of twenty-five thousand Cuban soldiers in Venezuela. At the United Nations, Trump recently stated that “Maduro is Cuba’s puppet protected by the Cubans”.
“Noteworthy facts” that are impossible to be ignored and can no longer be disguised are; that Cuba occupies Venezuela, that it sustains the dictator Maduro, that has intervened Venezuela’s Armed Forces, that it survives thanks to Venezuelan money and oil, that is the head of a Transnational Organized Crime organization called Castro Chavism, that it controls -besides Venezuela- Nicaragua and Bolivia, that it has implanted in Venezuela all its criminal methodology for social and political control that includes systematic violations of human rights with the manipulation of the judicial system and the elimination of the rule of law and of the separation and independence of the branches of government, that it sustains and profits from the narco-guerrillas known as FARC and ELN in Colombia, that it has turned Venezuela into a narco-state.
From a legal perspective, a “noteworthy fact” is “any event of a public nature known by all, or almost all, of the members of a social strata regarding which there is no doubt nor disagreement, in such a way that by being noteworthy the law exonerates the need for proof, due to it being of public knowledge in the social strata where it happened or wherein it is sought …” A noteworthy fact does not need neither more proof, nor a demonstration because “it is public and known by all”.
Who does not know that Venezuela has been intervened and is subjected by Cuba’s dictatorship? Who does not know that logistics and political support to the FARC and ELN has been and is given by Cuba through Venezuela with Chavez and Maduro and through Ecuador with Rafael Correa? Who does not know that the Colombian bombing on Ecuadorean territory was a successful operation against the FARC narco-guerrillas? Could it be that President Duque is waiting for Cuba’s good diligence or mediation, that is precisely the next move in the agenda of the dictatorship? Perhaps not to mention Cuba may be one of Havana’s conditions for anything regarding the leadership of the ELN that it protects?
With these “noteworthy facts” and with the very same proof given at the United Nations, Could it be that President Duque is waiting for Cuba’s good diligence or mediation, that is precisely the next move in the agenda of the dictatorship? It would seem to be the equivalent of remaining in the ambush that has been prepared by “not identifying the enemy unequivocally”.
To identify the enemy and to take the initiative, are two of the most important rules in strategy, recommended in politics but indispensable for survival.
